Refund Policy
You may request a refund if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. In such cases, we will refund any remaining balance payment for your order. However, the amount covering work that has already been completed on your project will not be refunded. Please note that only the outstanding balance payment is eligible for refund, and refunds cannot be processed after a revision has been completed.
If you have a specific complaint and believe a full refund is warranted, you may submit a refund request, and we will review your case to make a fair decision accordingly.
Eligibility for Refund
A request for a refund must be made within 7 days of the delivery of the composition.
Refund requests must be made through our Customer Service Team.
Refunds will only be issued for services that do not meet the original requirements or specifications of the order.
Once the customer has approved the composition, no refund will be issued.
Refund Process
- Upon receiving a refund request, our Quality Assurance Team will review the order to determine eligibility.
- If the order is found to be eligible, a refund will be processed accordingly.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the order.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in the customer’s account.
Revision Policy
GlobalAssignment Hub provides unlimited free revisions to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Customers can request unlimited revisions free of charge; however, if the total number of pages exceeds the original order, additional charges may apply.
To qualify for free revisions, the customer must submit a revision request within 15 days of the delivery date of the reference paper. For larger orders, this timeframe extends to 25 days. If the revision request meets these criteria, we will revise the order to align with the customer’s initial requirements at no extra cost.
Once the above-mentioned timeline has expired, it will be assumed that the customer is satisfied with the work delivered.
If a customer requests a revision due to plagiarism, the request must be accompanied by a detailed plagiarism report. All revisions will be completed according to the urgency level of the original order, with a 24-hour minimum turnaround time.
Customers who have paid 100% of the order amount upfront will receive the full work at once. Customers opting for a partial payment plan will receive half of the work initially, and the remaining balance must be paid before the final delivery of the complete work.
Revision Turnaround Time (Based on Urgency)
For orders with a 24-hour urgency, the revision turnaround time will be 24 hours.
For orders with a 24–48 hour urgency, the revision turnaround time will be 48 hours.
For orders with an urgency of 48 hours or more, the revision turnaround time will be 72 hours.
