The customer submits a refund request within 7 days of order delivery.
The delivered work does not meet the original specifications or requirements provided at the time of order placement.
The project was delivered after the agreed deadline, and a suitable extension was not mutually agreed upon.
A technical or billing error resulted in an accidental duplicate payment.
A refund request is made before work begins on a newly placed order.
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
The work has already been approved by the customer.
The client requests additional services or changes beyond the original requirements.
The customer fails to provide complete project details, leading to delays or misinterpretation.
Refund requests are made after revisions have been completed.
2. Partial Refunds
If part of the order has been completed to specification, only the remaining balance for the incomplete portion may be refunded.
All completed work retains its service charge, as time and resources have already been allocated to it.
3. Refund Process
